We stand by our products and know they will provide our customers many years of excellent performance. If you are experiencing any issue with your Mytee equipment that is covered under Mytee’s® warranty, there are several options available to you for warranty service.

Steps for Warranty Service Consideration:

  1. Have proof of purchase readily available.
  2. Read Mytee’s® warranty policy to verify that the part(s) or issue in question is covered under warranty.
  3. Once you have verified that the part(s) or issue in question is covered under Mytee’s® warranty, select one of the three options below to receive warranty service support.
