How to Get Help

Having an issue with your machine or an accessory? Don’t fret! Mytee equipment comes backed by one of the industry’s best warranties, and a national infrastructure of certified service centers.

Troubleshooting guides: view our technical support knowledge base here. This contains pages on how to troubleshoot each of our different machines and their components. Often times the fix is simple and won’t require you to visit a service center!

What to do when your machine is under warranty: If you experience mechanical issues or manufacturing defects on a machine that is still covered by the warranty, contact your nearest service center. You can find a map of service centers here.

What to do when your warranty is expired/voided: Although you are responsible financially, you may still receive service from a local service center, who can be found on our map here. You may also visit any mechanic or repair center outside of Mytee’s network.

What to do if you aren’t sure: You can review the specifics of your warranty here. If you still aren’t sure, or would like some help determining what to do next, call our account service department at 858-679-1191 or email us at sales@mytee.com
