Receive first hand knowledge about demand and piston pumps, vacuum motors, heaters and electronics from the industry’s top professionals in their respective field. This includes representatives from CAT Pump, General Pump, Aquatec, and more! Learn to quickly diagnose and repair Mytee equipment and grow your repair side of the supplier business. Become officially recognized as an authorized, factory certified repair center.

Individuals who complete Mytee’s Factory Training will be awarded a Certificate of Completion, as well as receive a certified Mytee Service Center Certificate for their business. Space is limited, so please register soon to attend. Mechanics, technicians, managers and owners are all welcome to attend. We look forward to seeing you!

Social Hour with Sales & Marketing Support 

Please join us for drinks and hors d’oeuvres after the training. See what’s new and exciting at Mytee with a Marketing Support presentation. This is also the perfect opportunity for Mytee Distributors to give us feedback; we want to hear from you on what we can do to better support you.

 

Factory Training FAQs

Where will the training be held? 

  • The training will be held at the South Point Hotel, Resort and Spa, Las Vegas in the Cypress Room. 

Who is the training for? 

  • At this time, the training is for exclusive to Mytee distributors only.

When will the training be held? 

  • The training will be held on Wednesday, January 20, 2016, the day before ICE Expo.
  • 9:00a – 3:00p: Technical Support Training (Lunch will be provided)  
  • 3:15 – 5:00p: Social Hour & Certificate Handouts (drinks and hor d’oeuvres will be provided). 
  • Please Note: Times are subject to change. 

Is there a fee to attend the Factory Training? 

  • No, the Factory Training event is FREE to all Mytee distributors. You are only responsible for travel costs and room & board. 

What hotel should I stay at? 

  • We have a special rate at the Grandview Resort. The rate is $75/ night (weekday) and $85 (weekend) with just a one time resort fee of $25. To reserve you can call 866-752-9384 or email grandview@dmresorts.com. You will need to mention group code M11139 to get the rate.

Who will be attending the training? 

  • This event is exclusive to Mytee distributors. We encourage owners, managers, technicians, mechanics, and employees to attend. 

What can I look forward to at the training? 

  • The first half of the Factory Training will focus on understanding Mytee equipment and products. We will have demonstrations to teach you how to repair and solve specific troubleshooting issues. Representatives from Aquatic, CAT Pump, Electro Motor, General Pump, and more will be there to answer questions. 
  • The second half will focus on providing Marketing Support and updating you with what is new at Mytee. This will be your opportunity to tell us what we can do to help you grow your business. 

How do I benefit from attending? 

  • Distributors who complete the Factory Training will receive Certified Mytee Service Center standing, In addition, each individual that attends will receive a personalized Certificate of Completion for completing the training. 

Are meals provided? 

  • Yes, Mytee will provide lunch to all those attending the Factory Training. Drinks and hor d’oeuvres will be provided in the afternoon during our Social Hour with Sales & Marketing Support.

Does training include access to ICE Expo? 

  • No, however, from now until January registration is only $35 and includes access to the show for both days, access to all the educational classes and seminars, and access to enter all of the show giveaways!
