Shipping and Delivery Disclaimer

Business days are Monday-Friday (Holiday exceptions apply).

Expedited shipping is subject to availability of items on the order. There could be a delay in shipping your order if the items are not in stock, the billing or shipping information is inaccurate, or insufficient contact information is provided. Expedited shipping is not available for PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

All orders under 100 lbs. are shipped via UPS. UPS will not ship to PO Box addresses.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is correct before submitting an order. Once a package has been shipped, the address cannot be altered.

International Shipments

The shipping charge for international Mytee orders DO NOT include import fees, duties, and taxes that may be accrued. These import duties and taxes are billed by your residing country’s government. Mytee is unable to control or know beforehand what these fees may be. We advise you to check with your country’s government for more information on import fees, duties, and taxes prior to submitting your order.

If you submit an international order to Mytee and then refuse to accept the shipment because you do not wish to pay the import fees, duties, and taxes, Mytee will refund you the total order amount, minus shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee.

Returns Policy & Restocking Fees

Sales are final on all electrical components and refurbished items. 

All returned orders and refused shipments are subject to 20% restocking fee.

Important Instructions: 
  1. Submit a product return request. Approval is required for all returns. 
  2. Use a shipping provider that can provide a tracking number.
  3. Use plenty of shipping insulation to package your machine to avoid any damage during shipping. Mytee is not responsible for equipment that is lost or damaged during shipping transit.
